Family Memberships: A family membership includes up to two adults living in the same household and their dependent children under the age of 25. Dependents must reside in the household or be temporarily away for school or similar reasons.
Membership Assignment & Non-Transferability: Family memberships offered as part of donation incentives are generally non-transferable and are intended for use by the donor or their immediate family. However, for qualifying major gifts, donors may choose to assign a lifetime membership to a family of their choosing. Once assigned, this membership becomes non-transferable and is tied to the designated recipient family. Please contact us for details about eligibility and assignment procedures.
Tax Deductibility Notice: Donations to the Big Horn Baseball Club are tax-deductible to the extent that the donation exceeds the fair market value of any goods or services provided in return. The value of the membership incentives is not deductible as a charitable donation. However, if you prefer not to receive membership benefits, you may opt out, and your full donation will remain tax-deductible.
